Orders received are processed graphically within 24-48 hours of receipt, and a personalized proof is sent for your approval before printing.
Production of your wallpaper begins only after the graphic proof is accepted.
If you choose FAST shipping, your product will be handed over to the courier within an average of 48-72 business hours*.
If you choose the free EXPRESS shipping option, your product will be handed over to the courier within an average of 7-10 business days*.
Once handed over to the courier, you will receive your merchandise at your address within 24-48 hours. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, production will begin upon receipt of the transfer credit.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Once printed, your wallpaper is carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and bubble wrap to ensure adequate protection during transit.
With our FAST shipping option, you will receive your order within 24-48 hours from dispatch, typically on the 3rd to 5th business day* from the order date. With EXPRESS shipping, delivery occurs between the 7th and 10th day.
You will receive an email notification on the day of dispatch, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
If your package arrives damaged, please accept it with reservation. This allows us to quickly reprint the wallpaper in case of courier-related damage.
